Turkish Holdings Speed Up OSTIM Global Project: What It Means for Suppliers
President Mirziyoyev met with Evyap, OYAK, EKSIM and Anadolu Group. Evyap is accelerating production in OSTIM Global and wants to buy raw materials locally.

What happened
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with leaders of major Turkish holdings in Ankara. He received Anadolu Group chairman Kamilhan Suleyman Yazici and EKSIM Holding head Ebubekir Tivnikli, UzA reported. Daryo.uz says the talks with Evyap Holding board members, OYAK, EKSIM and Anadolu Group covered several projects. Kun.uz adds that Uzbekistan and Evyap agreed to speed up a new project in the OSTIM Global industrial zone and discussed localizing raw materials for production.
The context is simple. Turkish industrial groups already operate in Uzbekistan and are now moving part of their supply chains closer to the market. For Evyap, this means not only construction but also buying local raw materials — and that creates demand for suppliers. For OYAK, EKSIM and Anadolu Group, the talks covered “several projects” with no specific timelines or amounts.
What it means for suppliers
Those in industrial cooperation will benefit: producers and traders of raw materials, packaging, chemicals, construction materials, as well as installation and logistics contractors. Localization of raw materials is a clear signal: the Turkish plant needs what can be bought inside the country, without long imports.
Prepare in advance. Check whether you have an electronic digital signature (EDS) and accreditation on the tender platforms where OSTIM Global and Turkish holdings publish their purchases. Gather quality and origin documents — for localization, this is a key argument. If you supply raw materials, prepare samples and a price list with volume terms.
There is no way to say when tenders will appear: the meetings discussed projects, but there are no public procurement dates. Watch announcements in the sectors “Chemistry and household goods,” “Construction,” and “Equipment and machinery” — as of October 30, 2026, TenderLabs data shows 277, 1,788 and 547 open lots respectively. This does not guarantee that purchases will be for this project, but industrial orders most often appear in these sectors.
What to do now
- 1Check your EDS and registration on the platforms where industrial customers publish purchases.
- 2Assemble a document package: quality certificates, proof of raw material origin, price list.
- 3Review open lots in “Chemistry and household goods,” “Construction,” and “Equipment and machinery” — that is where most activity is.
- 4Prepare a short commercial offer in Russian and English: Turkish holdings often correspond in English.
- 5Assign someone to monitor new purchases at OSTIM Global and from Turkish companies — check announcements at least once a week.
TenderLabs can help you track new lots in these sectors and stay ready for when the projects move to procurement.
