The TenderLabs service (the "Operator") processes personal data of the users of tenderlabs.uz, the web and mobile apps and the Telegram bot under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data".
1. What we collect
- Telegram id, username and phone number — when you register through the bot;
- name, company name and e-mail — if you provide them;
- monitor settings, saved lots, questions to the AI assistant, payment history and payment receipts;
- technical data: device type, language, push-notification token, sign-in log, anonymised usage statistics.
2. Why
To register and sign you in, send lot alerts, keep track of the trial, subscription and payments, answer support requests, prevent abuse and improve the Service.
3. Where and how data is stored
Data is kept on the Operator's servers with restricted access; the Service stores no passwords — sign-in works through Telegram. Only the Operator has access to the data.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or pass your data to third parties, except:
- payment systems — to the extent needed to process a payment;
- Telegram — to deliver the bot's messages;
- the AI model provider — it receives only the text of your questions and lot descriptions, never your phone or payment details;
- cases expressly required by law.
5. Cookies and analytics
The website uses technical cookies to work and anonymised visit statistics. Marketing tags (such as the ref parameter in a link) are used only to evaluate acquisition channels.
6. Retention and deletion
Data is kept while the account exists. You can delete the account in the app's profile or by asking support — personal data is deleted, while payment records are kept for the period required for accounting.
7. Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw consent and request deletion. Requests are accepted through the "Contacts" page of the website and the /aloqa command in the Telegram bot; we answer within 10 working days.
8. Changes
The current revision is at tenderlabs.uz/en/privacy. We announce material changes in the Service.
