- Sign in to TenderLabs with Telegram.
- Open “Profile”.
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm.
Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself in the app or the web version, or ask support to do it. Deletion cannot be undone.
How to delete

Can't get into the app? Send /aloqa to the bot or write to us via the contacts page, and we will delete the account by hand.
What is deleted
- Name, company, phone number and email
- The Telegram link: your ID and username
- Monitors and notification settings
- Saved lots and reminders
- Push tokens of your devices
- Conversations with support and with the Tiny assistant
- An active subscription or trial ends
What is kept
- Payment records (amount, date, plan), as accounting rules require. They are no longer linked to your name or Telegram.
A paid subscription is not refunded on deletion. You can sign in with Telegram again at any time; that creates a new, empty account.
