The data is the TenderLabs feed: public and commercial procurement the service collects every day from public e-procurement platforms, corporate portals and hundreds of websites and Telegram channels. Identical notices are merged; closed and expired lots are not counted. Unless stated otherwise, only procurement is counted, without asset sales or industrial cooperation. Budgets are shown as aggregates only.
