This is another sale of state property to the private sector. The building sits in a busy spot right by the metro exit, so buyers will likely look at it as an office, a training centre or a commercial complex.
What it means for suppliers
This story matters most to construction, renovation and fit-out firms. The building is old, and the new owner will adapt it — so design, repair, furniture and engineering work may follow. But the buyer is not confirmed yet, so it is too early to talk about exact volumes or timelines.
