The capital announced lots worth 160.5 bn UZS — more than any other region and more than three times the next one, Surkhandarya. Surkhandarya and Namangan are interesting because few lots carry high sums: 47.1 bn UZS across 67 lots and 29.5 bn UZS across 47 lots. Look at each lot there on its own — it may be a handful of large purchases. Kashkadarya and Khorezm offer many lots (135 and 132) with moderate sums: 24.9 bn and 16.7 bn UZS. Syrdarya is the quietest: 33 lots worth 403.5 mln UZS.
What this means for suppliers
- Start with Tashkent if you can handle large purchases: 301 new lots worth 160.5 bn UZS is the widest choice and the biggest sums in one place.
- Check Surkhandarya, Namangan and Andijan: few lots, high sums. Such purchases often draw few bidders.
- If you want a flow of small orders, look at Namangan, Fergana and Karakalpakstan — many contracts at modest sums, and a lower entry bar.
- Kashkadarya and Khorezm give a wide field of lots (135 and 132) at moderate sums — a good way to pick up several deals at once.
- Keep your digital signature ready and check your qualifications in advance: regions with high lot value usually screen harder, and you have less time to prepare.
Contract figures show where money has already gone. New lots are what you can compete for now. Compare both lists: a region with many contracts and many lots usually means live competition, while a region with big lots and few of them is a chance to win without a crowd.
TenderLabs tracks these daily figures by region so you can see where the money moves.
